Claims Operations Manager

- Identifying improvement opportunities at both individual and organizational levels, collaborating with fellow managers to enhance processes through various initiatives.
- Attracting and retaining top talent within your designated area of responsibility.
- Addressing and resolving complex escalated issues and concerns.
- Working in partnership with distribution teams to ensure customer expectations are met and addressed.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a degree) in the Insurance sector.
- A minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Proven relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders, showcasing an ability to foster collaborative relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience navigating through environments characterized by significant change.
- Ability to define problems, gather data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and analyze trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Project management skills, including the ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
