Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a degree) in the Insurance sector.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
  • Proven relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders, showcasing an ability to foster collaborative relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Experience navigating through environments characterized by significant change.
  • Ability to define problems, gather data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and analyze trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Project management skills, including the ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
