Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians and other team members to ensure the successful completion of welding operations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Develop and manage budgets and schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Experience with quality control and assurance processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
  • Experience with new product introduction and launch vehicle manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of pneumatics, fluids, and electrical systems.
  • Experience with assembly, integration, and handling of large products.
