Job Overview

Partners 1st Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling financial transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process financial transactions, including receiving funds, posting transactions, and paying out funds as requested.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and confidential assistance to members and company associates, ensuring a positive experience and minimizing wait time.
  • Balance cash drawers daily to ensure accuracy in transactions and notify supervisors of any discrepancies.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve member and internal inquiries regarding policies, practices, and products.
  • Assist other departments and branches with transactions as needed and provide support for department and branch managers in fulfilling member requests.
Requirements
  • Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred.
  • High school degree or GED required.
  • Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
Working Conditions

Must be able to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions. Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence.
