Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Vibra Hospital of Fargo, a 31-bed Critical Care Hospital in Fargo, ND. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and quality-oriented patient care within the scope of the department's policy/procedure manual.
  • Perform support activities such as equipment maintenance, changes, inventory, and set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Respiratory Therapy program required.
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist in the state of employment required.
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
  • ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One (1) year critical care and/or artificial airway and ventilator care experience preferred.
  • Ability to project a professional image.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
