Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team at our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

You will be responsible for following established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process. This includes loading materials into production machines, removing, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished products, collecting and disposing of garbage and production waste, and cleaning production equipment and work areas.

You will be accountable for meeting our compliance standards, including FDA, OSHA, and Abbott policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process.
  • Load materials into production machines.
  • Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products.
  • Collect, and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organization's waste removal and recycling policies.
  • Clean production equipment and work areas.

Shift and Schedule

This is a 12-hour Night shift position from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, allowing you to have every other weekend off. The schedule is as follows:

  • Week 1: Mon - OFF, Tues - OFF, Wed - 12 hours, Thurs - 12 hours, Fri - OFF, Sat - OFF, Sun - OFF
  • Week 2: Mon - 12 hours, Tues - 12 hours, Wed - OFF, Thurs - OFF, Fri - 12 hours, Sat - 12 hours, Sun - 12 hours
  • Week 3: Mon - OFF, Tues - OFF, Wed - 12 hours, Thurs - 12 hours, Fri - OFF, Sat - OFF, Sun – OFF
  • Week 4: Mon - 12 hours, Tues - 12 hours, Wed - OFF, Thurs - OFF, Fri - 12 hours, Sat - 12 hours, Sun - 12 hours

There will be a two-week training period from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
