Team Structure

  • Join a well-established group comprising 5 General Surgeons, 2 collaborative Vascular Surgeons, 1 Colorectal Surgeon, and 3 Advanced Practitioners.
  • Work within a cohesive team that values collaboration and autonomy.
  • Benefit from experienced clinical and non-clinical staff who are familiar with the community and its patients.
  • Utilize a fully integrated system with EPIC EMR for enhanced care coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a shared call schedule of at least 7 days per month with 2 other Vascular Surgeons.
  • Manage a balanced schedule of 2 days in clinic and 1-2 days in the operating room.
  • Collaborate effectively to enhance the health of the communities served.
  • Evaluate and interpret clinical information to make informed decisions regarding patient care.
  • Maintain a patient-centered approach, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications Required

  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery.
  • Ability to secure an unrestricted medical license in Illinois and Iowa.
  • Current authority to prescribe medications relevant to the practice.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt).
  • J-1 waiver sponsorship is available.
