BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Consultant V for an opportunity in a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases to ensure high-quality software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
- Utilize various testing tools and methodologies, including Agile and Jira.
- Provide expert-level knowledge of testing best practices, defect management, and enterprise testing standards.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing efforts.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, QTP, and Tosca.
- Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Contribute to the development of testing strategies and processes to improve overall quality.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including Agile and Jira.
- Expert-level knowledge of testing tools, including Selenium, QTP, and Tosca.
- Experience with database testing, ETL testing, and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
