Job Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to our team, ensuring positive patient experiences
  • Communicate with team members to promote an understanding of patients' needs
  • Apply dental treatment modalities for prevention of dental diseases
  • Treat dental disease, restore defective or decayed teeth, and create restorations, crowns, bridges, or dentures
  • Perform surgical procedures of hard and soft tissue in and about the oral cavity
  • Educate patients in oral and dental hygiene
  • Manage cases presenting with out-of-the ordinary dental health problems, including patients with behavioral problems
Requirements
  • Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university
  • Licensed in the state of Wisconsin, or eligible to be licensed in the state of Wisconsin
  • Completed a pediatric dentistry residency
  • Uphold a positive and charismatic chairside manner
  • Maintain a strong dedication and commitment to quality patient care
  • Strongly value continuing education and personal development
