Plumber Trainee

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is seeking a skilled Plumber Trainee to join our team. As a Plumber Trainee, you will assist in performing diagnostic, service, and installation of plumbing in residential and light commercial environments.

• Assist in Diagnostic and Service Work: Assist in diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues in residential and light commercial environments.
• Install and Repair Plumbing Systems: Assist in installing and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems.
• Manage Inventory and Supplies: Assist in managing inventory and supplies, including calling in for PO numbers and turning in parts receipts.
• Participate in Training and Development: Participate in company-sponsored training classes to develop technical skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a Professional Image: Maintain a professional image by wearing company-approved apparel and following safety policies and procedures.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.

• Education: GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
