Position Overview: Allina Health is expanding its ENT services in Southern Minnesota, particularly in the Faribault area. This growth necessitates the addition of a dedicated Otolaryngologist to our team.
Community Insight: Faribault is a vibrant community with a population of over 23,000, situated at the intersection of two rivers. It offers the charm of small-town living while being conveniently located near a major metropolitan area.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and diagnoses for patients with conditions affecting the head and neck, including the ears, nose, and throat.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and provide education to patients and their families.
- Deliver care in various settings, including outpatient clinics and hospitals.
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation.
Job Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Otolaryngology.
- Current medical license in Minnesota.
- ACLS-BLS certification required within 180 days of hire.
Compensation and Benefits:
