Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead ABA Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of ABA services, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of ABA services, including assessment and intervention programs
  • Supervise and train regional clinical staff, including RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA
  • Design and coordinate assessment and intervention services and programs for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field (education, psychology, human development, etc.)
  • Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of ABA experience, including implementation of behavior-reduction plans and skill-building programming for children and/or adolescents with autism
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and staff
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality services
