  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling hearings and deadlines, organizing case files, and coordinating logistics to ensure seamless case management.
  • Maintain organized pleadings and discovery indexes to facilitate efficient case preparation.
  • Coordinate exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices to support the litigation team.

  • Collect and analyze pertinent information from diverse sources to inform case strategy.
  • Facilitate communication between trial teams and internal/external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Support in voir dire, jury selection, and witness preparation to ensure a strong trial presence.
  • Assist in negotiating case settlements to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Litigation Paralegal with a strong track record of success.
  • Proficient knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, and court rules and procedures.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic setting.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer systems and databases.
  • Paralegal associate's degree or equivalent certification.
