Physical Therapy Services

At Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation, we're dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve their goals. As a Physical Therapist, you'll play a vital role in our team's mission to provide exceptional care and support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance strength, balance, endurance, coordination, and movement patterns
* Design and instruct home exercise programs for clients and direct care staff
* Prepare clinical treatment plans and progress notes for clients seen

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
* Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
* Member of the American Physical Therapy Association
* Two years' experience working with Adult Neurologically Disabled/TBI population preferred
