Project Manager Job Description

MAU Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, team management, and budget control for our client in Greenville, SC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, work schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
  • Lead and supervise roofing teams to meet project milestones.
  • Assign tasks clearly to ensure productivity and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
  • Create and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor expenses and control costs to keep the project within financial limits.
  • Act as the primary client contact, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and conduct final walkthroughs to ensure satisfaction and project completion.
  • Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with industry regulations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites, ensuring OSHA compliance.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma required; college education preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years in the roofing industry.
  • 30-Hour OSHA Construction certification, First Aid/CPR, and Bloodborne Pathogen training.
