Heavy Construction Supervisor

Job Description
">Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to oversee all field activities on our projects while adhering to company policies, OSHA/MSHA regulations, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule goals are met.

- Build a positive team atmosphere that allows foremen and operators to thrive and succeed.">
- Manage several foremen/lead men on separate projects, providing them with necessary tools, equipment, and technical support.">
- Attend client meetings, pre-con meetings, and work with the Project Engineer to ensure materials are submitted, approved, and delivered on time.">
- Maintain MSHA compliance on projects by conducting random inspections of vehicles, equipment, and projects.">
- Schedule equipment delivery, communicate project billing information, and maintain a project file of fuel sheets, load count sheets, hourly work, change order requests, and applicable materials lists.">
- Assist in training new hires and existing personnel, recruiting, screening new employees, and communicating project time sheets to the office for payroll.">
- Practice workplace safety, maintain inventory, complete daily fuel, load count, and hour logs, and perform minor emergency repairs on equipment as needed.">
- Guide and lead the crew in daily activities, install and maintain silt fence, and report deficiencies in erosion control devices.">

- Knowledge of site preparation techniques, road construction, and maintenance.">
- Understanding of workplace safety requirements and procedures.">
- Effective communication skills in English.">
- Cultural awareness, sensitivity, flexibility, and sound work ethics.">
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
