We are looking for a Biopharmaceutical Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders in your assigned territory. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing a comprehensive territory business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare delivery system within each assigned customer, including physician hierarchy, key pharmacy personnel, and clinical nursing staff.
  • Analyze local trends and identify long-term goals to craft a strong product business plan.
  • Collaborate and partner with peers in the sales organization, brand team, and other support partners to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required, Life Sciences preferred.
  • Business-to-business sales experience or internship experience and/or sales degree or 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
  • Ability to identify key decision-makers, develop positive relationships, and influence prescribing habits.
  • Ability to learn, apply, and communicate products and disease states.
