Route Sales Professional

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a skilled Route Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products to our customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandise and stock products on store shelves and displays to ensure optimal visibility and freshness.
  • Drive sales through the acquisition of new display space, incremental displays, and the use of sales data to establish store-level plans.
  • Build effective customer relationships and execute promotions to maximize sales and shelf space.
  • Conduct daily route settlement procedures to account for all products, invoices, and cash while maintaining proper inventory counts.
  • Drive company route truck safely and complete DOT daily log and submit other documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in DSD (Direct Sales Distribution) is preferred.
