Job DescriptionThe Diagnostic Imaging Specialist will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities, including radiography, fluoroscopy, and interventional procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radiography, fluoroscopy, and interventional techniques
- Operate complex equipment, including CT scanners, MRI machines, and ultrasound devices
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of examination results to physicians and other healthcare professionals
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a radiologic technologist
- CPR/BLS certification and IL state license
- ARRT registration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
