Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our ICU and CVICU teams at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, supervising staff, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and schedule staff to ensure optimal patient care and efficient department operations
  • Collaborate with the nursing director to develop and implement staff development and evaluation programs
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collect and analyze data to identify areas for performance improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of supplies and equipment
  • Provide patient care as required and take an active role in workload management
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
  • State RN License required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an emergency room setting
  • Two years of management experience preferred
  • Past Charge RN experience preferred
