We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team at Nexton KinderCare. As a Teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and helping them reach their full potential.

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support the center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and lift a minimum of 40 pounds
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents
