Quality Assurance Director

Cd Projekt Red is seeking a seasoned QA professional to lead our Boston studio team on Project Orion. This AAA game is currently in development, and we require an expert who can ensure the highest quality standards across the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a dedicated QA team for Project Orion.
- Drive the execution of the QA strategy, adapting it to project needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional gaming experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in the game industry as a QA leader.
- Familiarity with industry-standard game development processes and methodologies.
- Proven leadership experience with senior staff management.
- Affinity with Agile methodologies and setting up QA processes for cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Unreal Engine.
- Experience writing scripts for automation or process improvement.
