Position Overview: Invoicing Specialist

As an integral part of our organization, the Invoicing Specialist will oversee the entire invoicing workflow. This role is essential for ensuring that all invoices are accurate, dispatched promptly, and adhere to the established company guidelines.

The successful candidate will maintain detailed records of all invoices, ensuring that payments are processed without delay.

• Generate accurate invoices and credit notes in accordance with company standards.
• Dispatch invoices and credit notes to clients in a timely manner.
• Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Maintain comprehensive records of invoices, including tracking outstanding payments.
• Work collaboratively with departments such as sales and customer service to address invoicing concerns effectively.
• Develop invoicing procedures to comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all relevant parties.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and various accounting software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of GAAP and relevant accounting standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
