Job Summary

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for executing daily production work as per the Production Manager's schedule, following company policies and procedures. Your primary goal will be to ensure all processes meet customer specification requirements and minimize risk to the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Production Manager in executing daily production scheduling of the entire facility.
  • Execute the lock-out/tag-out program in your area of responsibility.
  • Prepare and batch all raw materials, dried goods, proteins, and miscellaneous WIPs for cooking or mixing of all finished goods.
  • Assist in the optimization of new product development through standardization of materials and processes to ensure repeatability.
  • Consistently apply all Company Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
  • Must have a food handlers' certification.
  • Must have a willingness to learn and follow direction.
  • Must have a strong Customer Service commitment.
  • Must have critical thinking with basic problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Food manufacturing and processing.
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate daily production requirements.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and highly motivated with good communication skills and ability to work in a high-output environment.
Work Environment

The kitchen environment may be subject to extreme temperatures with exposure to heat, water, noise, and some chemicals. Work near moving mechanical parts, vibration, and moderate noise.
