Responsibilities

  • Respond to service calls and diagnose issues with fire suppression systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sprinkler systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with district staff to resolve customer issues
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 customer support


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • 5+ years of experience in the fire suppression industry
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and operational manuals
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work at heights
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call rotations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Current State Fire Protection License or Journeyman License
  • NICET Level II certification
