Job Summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join their team for a contract assignment in Dallas, Oregon.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients' goals.
Requirements
  • Must have earned an Associate's degree from an accredited school.
  • Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Current CPR certification.
