We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team, providing in-home euthanasia and hospice care for geriatric and terminally ill pets. As an essential member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting pets and their families during difficult times.
- Offer empathetic and compassionate care to clients and their pets.
- Evaluate patients and make recommendations for optimal care and treatment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, explaining treatment options and guiding them through the process.
- Provide in-home euthanasia and hospice care for geriatric and terminally ill pets.
- Guide families in making end-of-life decisions for their pets.
- Build relationships with local veterinary clinics, serving as an extension of their excellent care.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree.
- At least 1 year of experience as a practicing veterinarian.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 100 lbs. assisted.
- Demonstrated manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and the ability to maintain steady hands while using medical tools.
