Job Summary:

Wellington Health and Rehab is seeking a skilled Laundry Staff to join our team. As a Laundry Staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and sort soiled laundry, linens, and garments
  • Wash, dry, and fold laundry according to instructions
  • Separate, fold, and/or hang garments and deliver to respective areas
  • Ensure safety and sanitary conditions are maintained at all times
  • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations
  • Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Housekeeping or laundry experience preferred, but not required
  • Solid communication skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and interact with residents, vendors, and team members

Work Schedule:

This full-time position works 8-hour shifts, with coverage from 6A-2P (Tues-Sat).
