Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will serve as a leader of the healthcare team, establishing personalized relationships with patients and their support systems. Collaborating with physicians and other team members, the nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote optimal health or support a peaceful death.
The ideal candidate will utilize evidence-based practice and compassion to navigate patients through their health journey, accepting responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Current valid North Carolina nursing license required.
- One-year relevant experience, preferred.
