Pharmacy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and care.

• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
• Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in pharmacy operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
• U.S. pharmacy related experience.
