Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning and sanitization of patient areas, support spaces, and public zones as assigned, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Operate manual, battery-operated, and electric cleaning devices, including mechanical floor scrubbers and vacuums, ensuring proper maintenance and storage of all equipment.
  • Manage and dispose of designated waste and soiled linens according to established protocols.
  • Conduct both immediate and routine cleanings of discharge rooms.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs through appropriate channels.
  • Examine Environmental Services equipment for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
