Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments within the hospital, including Emergency Department, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, Medical Surgical, and Medical Surgical- Adults & Peds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Float to various departments as needed to ensure adequate staffing
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- 1-year of RN experience preferred
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
