In this exciting role as a Service Center Associate/Call Center Representative at Five County Credit Union, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our members. About the Role
This is a full-time position with benefits, including paid training and opportunities for advancement. You will work closely with our team to provide outstanding customer service, resolve issues, and perform a range of account maintenance tasks. Your duties will include cross-selling and answering member questions regarding products and services, as well as maintaining confidentiality and adhering to applicable policies and regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. Basic math and computer skills are essential, as is reliability and a positive attitude towards customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not necessary.
