Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lifeguard to join our team at the City of Rialto, CA. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of pool patrons and responding to emergencies in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide lifesaving and first aid services to pool patrons
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
  • Supervise swimming activities and respond to emergencies
  • Administer first aid and CPR as needed
  • Collaborate with other lifeguards and pool staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for pool patrons
Requirements
  • Minimum of 17 years of age
  • Two years of experience in lifesaving, swim instruction, or advanced swimming
  • Current Senior Lifesaving and Water Safety Instructor certificates
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies in a timely manner
