About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the role of Pre-K Counts Assistant Teacher at YWCA Of Lancaster. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of lesson plans, ensuring a positive and stimulating environment for children.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist the lead teacher in developing and implementing lesson plans.
  2. Implement lesson plans for activities based on the needs of the children.
  3. Prepare a suitable physical and nurturing environment for children.
  4. Ensure compliance with licensing and legal regulations.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in early childhood education from an accredited college or university.
  • Two years of experience related to the care and development of children.
  • Certification in early childhood education is preferred.
