Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive packaging engineering designs and evaluations for capital projects, ensuring all phases of engineering work are documented and supported in the field.
  • Manage external consultants and suppliers, utilizing extensive knowledge of packaging standards and practices.
  • Contribute to divisional continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical support to operational facilities.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and analyses to identify areas for enhancement in packaging and processes.
  • Leverage expertise in line balancing, equipment specifications, vendor coordination, and testing protocols.
  • Assist in formulating and updating departmental technical guidelines, standards, and specifications.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging equipment engineering within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
