Salary: $60,320+ DOE (dependent on experience)
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Dual Licensed LAC/Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide outpatient therapy to adults and families, consultation to other employees, and perform various tasks as an Addiction Counselor. Your primary responsibilities will include providing group, individual, and family counseling services, conducting diagnostic/placement assessments, and developing treatment plans for families and individuals.
Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) or licensed therapist
- Comprehensive knowledge of addiction, theoretical models of therapeutic change processes, and best clinical practices
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Able to maintain 24 billable hours per week and adapt to changing situations
- Possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a personal vehicle for work-related travel
