Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a key member of our Contracts Management function, you will be responsible for leading complex contract negotiations, developing and implementing contract strategies, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead contract negotiations with government agencies and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement contract strategies to meet business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, including FAR/DFARS
  • Manage contract administration, including proposal development and contract closeout
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective contract management
Requirements:
  • Significant experience with USG procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS) in all aspects of the contract life cycle
  • Experience leading large, complex, USG and DCS contract negotiations
  • Ability to make effective presentations to senior management
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to clearly recognize risk elements in business transactions
  • Ability to travel as needed
Desired Skills:
  • Analytical thinking, risk analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Significant experience with international contracting in all aspects of the contract life cycle
  • Knowledge of ITAR and export licensing requirements
Security Clearance:

This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedule:

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position is $107,400 - $205,900, depending on location.
