Discover your future with us.The Boeing Company is seeking an Advanced Flight Scheduling Specialist to oversee training initiatives for the F-15QA.
The selected candidates will be integral to the F-15QA Flight Training Unit (FTU) operations, serving as the primary coordinator for both ground and flight training activities aligned with formal syllabus objectives.
This position emphasizes the scheduling of F-15QA academic sessions, simulator training, flight operations, and additional ground training under a U.S. Government foreign military sales agreement.
This role involves a long-term assignment abroad, with relocation and assignment benefits provided. Candidates must meet international assignment health standards. If relocating with family, they must also comply with these health requirements.The incumbent will initially work remotely in the U.S. until all international assignment conditions are satisfied. Relocation and assignment benefits will be available for the international posting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate formal training schedules with the Aircrew Training Manager and/or designated representatives.
- Allocate qualified flight crews, monitor schedule changes, and inform flight personnel.
- Manage customer aircraft schedules and site visits. Track and monitor crew qualifications as per regulatory, contractual, or test-defined criteria.
- Plan and facilitate meetings to communicate preflight requirements. Obtain validation for special licenses for flight crews.
- Collaborate with contracts personnel to coordinate with regulatory authorities regarding flight times, medical documentation, licenses, and forms.
- Schedule crew members for recurrent training.
- Operate with minimal supervision.
- May be required to support additional programs or perform other duties as necessary.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work at the designated international location.
This role necessitates the ability to secure a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance is mandatory post-start.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Associate's degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in flight operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel 10% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in Fighter (F-15, F-16, F-22, etc.) flight scheduling.
- 3+ years of experience in military flight scheduling.
- Previous operations/training experience with foreign military clients.
- Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with quality management systems.
Ex-Pat Information:
- Candidates must be able to obtain a work visa, subject to the country's requirements.
- Candidates must meet the cultural expectations of the country, as applicable.
- Employment is contingent upon satisfying all labor and immigration formalities of the country.
Since the selected candidate will be expected to undertake an international assignment, the offer will depend on the candidate's ability to secure clearances from International Health Services and obtain a visa/work permit for the assigned country.
