Job Summary

Walmart is seeking a highly skilled Optometrist Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Vision Center, you will provide exceptional patient care and work closely with our Vision Center Manager to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based vision care to patients, including prescribing medications and treatment options.
  • Deliver routine vision care using evidence-based care guidelines.
  • Educate patients and store associates on eye health, including contact lens care and disease state management.
  • Consult with other health professionals to prepare patient care plans.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
  • Licensed optometrist in good standing in the state of practice.
  • EMR/EHR experience.
  • Eagerness to embrace new equipment technology and advanced instrumentation.
  • Experience in treating and managing ocular disease.

  • Competitive salary range: $100,000.00-$200,000.00.
  • Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
