Job Summary

Signature Health is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist, Float to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services across our locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely preparation of prescription orders, identifying and resolving medication-related concerns as needed.
  • Support the Manager, Pharmacy in overseeing daily operations, including team member performance and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care and foster positive relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate ordering and receiving processes.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, driving efficiencies and advancing patient care.
Requirements
  • Valid unencumbered Registered Pharmacist (RPh) License in the state of Ohio.
  • Bachelor's of Science degree in Pharmacy from a university accredited by the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy.
  • 3-5+ years' of pharmacy experience in a clinical setting, with 1 year as a practicing licensed pharmacist preferred.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Working Conditions

Work is typically performed in a standard interior/office/clinical environment, with flexibility to work evenings and extended hours as needed. Requires periods of sitting, standing, telephone, and computer work, with occasional lifting and carrying items weighing up to 15 pounds.
