About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Psychiatric team at Tenet Massachusetts. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized patient care to individuals with mental health needs, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in Massachusetts.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Experience in psychiatric nursing or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
