Position Overview:
This role is contingent upon contract award and is anticipated to be a hybrid position based in the region.
Role Summary:
Page Mechanical Group, Inc. is looking for a Security Assessment & Accreditation Lead to support the upcoming contract for the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Cybersecurity Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance security evaluations and authorizations of information systems.
- Develop Authorization to Operate (ATO) packages for enterprise systems, including cloud-based solutions.
- Draft, review, and validate control implementation statements in accordance with NIST standards.
- Oversee the creation of the System Security Plan and facilitate Incident Response (IR) and Contingency Planning (CP) tests.
- Establish, monitor, and update the Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM).
- Prepare Risk Assessment Memos to inform risk-based decision-making.
- Develop a Risk Register and inform management of critical risk areas.
- Conduct assessment interviews with relevant stakeholders of the systems under review.
- Generate the Security Assessment Report (SAR).
- Test security controls and manage the POAMs accordingly.
- Review ATO packages prior to submission for executive approval.
- Conduct exit meetings with system owners to discuss identified findings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in security assessment.
- Familiarity with the Risk Management Framework (NIST Security Assessment and Accreditation).
Preferred Certifications:
- CISSP Certification
- CAP Certification
Clearance Requirement:
- Public Trust Clearance or higher is mandatory.
