About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position with guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services, ensuring a stable work environment for the successful candidate.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting, and be well-versed in creating and implementing effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) strategies.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as industry-leading benefits, including health, dental, vision, and a matching 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing speech therapy services to students aged K-12, working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration into the educational setting.
  • Developing and implementing customized IEPs and AAC plans to cater to diverse student needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
