Pawnbroker Role Description

As a Pawnbroker at EZCORP, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, appraising pawn items, and conducting transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Appraise and evaluate pawn items, determining their value and authenticity.
  • Conduct transactions with customers, including sales, loans, and extensions.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or retail is a plus.
  • Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
