Preschool Instructor

We're looking for a skilled Childcare Professional to join our team at Discovery Point Child Care Center. As a member of our team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners.

As a Preschool Instructor, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. You'll create a warm and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and socialization.

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that align with state and national curriculum standards\
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues\
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly\
• Develop and implement strategies to address diverse learning needs and abilities\
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment\
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and participate in ongoing professional development\
• Provide regular updates to parents on student progress and achievements\
• Support colleagues in their roles and contribute to a positive work environment\
• Embody the values of Discovery Point Child Care Center, including compassion, integrity, and respect for diversity\
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required\
• Prepare and submit lesson plans and progress reports\
• Embed technology integration into daily activities to enhance learning outcomes\
• Evaluate and revise instructional approaches based on student feedback and assessment results\
• Meet or exceed performance expectations as outlined in job description and performance plan\
