Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities in accordance with HHS standards.
- Develop, modify, and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members to maximize quality of care and resource utilization.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma or applicable multi-state RN License.
- BLS certification required.
