As a Multimodality Tech Nuc Med, you will perform duties directly involved with administering a variety of nuclear isotopes for the purpose of scanning for and detecting pathology. You will regulate the equipment used to scan for the isotope and send images to PACS, assist in the daily operation of the Nuclear Medicine Department, and work under the guidance of a Nuclear Medicine Physician to accomplish one or a combination of several general radiographic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a variety of Nuclear Medicine cameras and varied equipment.
- Administer pharmaceuticals and radiopharmaceuticals as outlined in Nuclear Medicine Scope of Practice.
- Graduate of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine or Radiographer.
- Certified CT Tech, MRI Tech, Nuclear Med Tech, Ultrasonography, or Mammography AART Certification in Nuclear Medicine AART.
