We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Thorne Crest Senior Living Community. As a LPN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, promoting their physical, mental, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct resident assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to ensure optimal care.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as needed.
- Monitor resident vital signs, report changes, and implement interventions as necessary.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop care plans.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Minnesota or compact state LPN license.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $26.00/hour, with opportunities for advancement.
- Shift differential and holiday pay.
