Job Description

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team at California Pizza Kitchen. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and plating our innovative and famous recipes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run a specific workstation in the scratch kitchen, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation.
  • Prepare and plate CPK's signature dishes, including pizzas, pastas, steaks, chicken, and seafood.
  • Broil, grill, sauté, and bake a variety of menu items, including pizzas, pasta, steak, chicken, and seafood.
  • Prepare pasta dishes, including sauces and toppings.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
