As a licensed practical nurse at Sapphire Nursing at Meadow Hill, you will be responsible for delivering quality nursing care in structured situations. Your duties will include administering medications, recording vital signs, supporting patient health instructions, and contributing to the planning and implementation of nursing care.
- Deliver direct nursing care to assigned residents.
- Administer and record medications as assigned.
- Support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families.
- Participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a valid NYS licensure as a LPN and have prior experience in a long-term skilled nursing facility setting.
